The spaces
From the ceremony to the last dance.
Choose the spaces that fit your day. Your guest count, table layout, and use of indoor and outdoor areas determine the seating plan.
Main Hall & patios
Gather for dinner and conversation with views of the grounds. The Main Hall accommodates approximately 112–120 with banquet tables or 96–104 with rounds, depending on layout.
Barrel rooms
Bring part of your celebration downstairs. The Large Barrel Room seats up to 72; the Small Barrel Room seats up to 48 with banquet tables or 40 with rounds.

Your wedding-day rental brings the venue and essential event support together. Ask our events team to walk through the details for your plans.
- Day-of coordinator and licensed bartenders for the main bar
- GTV tables and gray banquet chairs for the event center and upper patio

- Bridal prep room and two catering prep rooms

Catering, linens, decorations, ceremony chairs, and their setup are arranged separately. Cleaning and beverage charges apply in addition to the base rental.

How many wedding guests can we host?
The venue can seat up to 260 guests across the selected spaces, depending on table configuration and indoor/outdoor use. This is not the capacity of one room. Our events team will help you choose a layout for your guest count.
How long is the wedding rental?
The wedding-day rental covers 12 hours on one day and must end by midnight. Additional access and rehearsal time are arranged separately and depend on availability.
Can we choose our caterer?
You can choose from our preferred caterers or arrange a licensed outside caterer. An outside-catering fee applies. Catering service, dishes, linens, and table clearing should be arranged with your vendors.
How does bar service work?
Glacial Till provides the event bar service and licensed main-bar bartenders. Work with our team on a bar plan, beverage minimum, and any additional bar staffing. The bar closes one hour before the event ends.
What happens if the weather changes?
The event center includes air-conditioned indoor spaces. Discuss a weather plan and a suitable indoor layout with our events team in advance; indoor space alone does not guarantee the same ceremony setup or seating arrangement.
How do we get pricing or arrange a tour?
Use the inquiry form to share your date, guest count, and plans, and let us know if you would like a tour. Our events team will provide pricing and availability. A date is reserved only after a signed agreement and reservation deposit.
