After each practice, you can look forward to deeply relaxing and rejuvenating Yoga Nidra to bring you out of your head, away from the stress and anxiety of everything "out there" and into your heart center, into the stillness, the ease and the joy that resides deep within your inner being. Each ticket price includes Yoga and a drink.

Septembers Event will be hosted at Glacial Till Winery and will include Yoga, Yoga Nidra + a Mimosa.
