About The Event
Ybor believes that food is the magic that brings people together to connect, celebrate, and, in Ybor’s case, transform lives. We are excited to create a magical evening featuring a five-course dinner paired with Glacial Till’s wines and craft ciders. Doors open at 6 p.m., and the first pairing will begin at 6:30 p.m. The evening will conclude around 9 p.m. Bill from YBOR will guide you through the food pairings, while Glacial Till staff will provide tasting notes and descriptions of the wines and ciders.
Course 1 - 1905 Salad - Romaine, Pecorino, Olive, Ham, Swiss, Garlic Vinaigrette - "W" dry white blend
Course 2 - Picadillo stuffed potatoes - Silver St.
Course 3 - Maduros - Fried sweet plantains - Passion Pineapple Cider
Course 4 - Trio of Cuban Sandwiches (Reg, Spicy, Ropa Vieja Beef) - Merlot
