About The Event
This six-course dinner by The Parthenon showcases the diversity of wild game, enhanced by thoughtfully chosen Glacial Till wine and cider.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and the first pairing will begin at 7 p.m. The evening will conclude around 9 p.m. George from The Parthenon will guide you through the food pairings, while Glacial Till staff will provide tasting notes and descriptions of the wines and ciders.
Appetizer - Antipasto- assortment of olives, Shadow brook farms cheese, House of smoke elk summer sausage along with crackers.
Soup - Wild boar stew.
Salad - Pear and pomegranate Maple leaf farms grilled duck breast salad.
First course - Honey glazed Cornish game hens served with buttery couscous with veggies.

Ticket includes 6 course dinner paired with 5 Glacial Till wines and ciders. Lisa with Glacial Till will reach out via email of ticket holder to accommodate seating preferences.
