Enjoy a 5 course dinner from The Parthenon paired with Glacial Till craft ciders and wines. Doors open at 6:30pm the first pairing will start at 7pm and concluding around 9pm. Bar will be open for additional beverages.

About The Event
This five-course dinner by The Parthenon showcases the diversity of Greek cuisine, enhanced by thoughtfully chosen Glacial Till wine and cider.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and the first pairing will begin at 7 p.m. The evening will conclude around 9 p.m. George from The Parthenon will guide you through the food pairings, while Glacial Till staff will provide tasting notes and descriptions of the wines and ciders.
Appetizer - Baba Ghanoush, (Roasted eggplant mixed with tahini, fresh garlic, extra virgin Greek olive oil and fresh lemon juice, served with toasted pita chips)
Soup - George's famous lobster-sherry bisque served with parmesan dusted crostini
Salad - Horiatiki (Greek village salad) fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers, red onions, imported feta cheese, Kalamata olives, and peppercini peppers topped with our Greek dressing
Main course -Â Lamb stiffatho, tender lamb sirloin stewed in a aromatic tomato wine sauce with fresh garlic and baby pearl onions served over Klitharaki (orzo pasta baked in a light tomato sauce) served with pita bread.
Dessert - Grand Marnier dipped baklava
