Reservations are Required for food pairing events at Glacial Till Vineyard
Please note that reservations are required to attend the Friday Asado Club "FAC", the Saturday's "White Nights" and Tours and Tastings
GTV Daily Tours & Tastings
Join us at the vineyard where we will take you on a tour from vines to wines. These daily tours will allow you to see the vineyard and learn about the various grapes that we grow in Nebraska. We will plan a tour of our winery facility helping you to understand the steps of the wine making process and equipment we use. At the conclusion of the tour, relax in the tower; take a walk in the vineyard and experience a tasting of our hand crafted wines.

- Reservations can be made on the same day as you plan to visit if space is available.
- GTV will contact you to confirm your date and time to visit the vineyard & winery.
- Cost per person will be $10.
- GTV will accept cash or credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, and Discover).
Friday "Asado" Club (FAC) Events
Glacial Till will host the FAC again for the summer of 2011. Asado is Spanish for "grilled meats." We will be planning a red wine food pairing to include our popular Chambourcin, Frontenac Rose and St. Vincent wines. Come relax after work and smell the barbeque, with grape vine smoke, and a pairing of these 3 wines and various meats grilled on the parilla (yup, thats spanish for grill). We will also make sure there is plenty of homemade chimichurri. A great way to gather with friends, enjoy the vineyard and wind down the week.

- Cost per person will be $25.
- CANCELATION NOTICE: You must cancel your reservation 48 hours prior to your visit to the vineyard and winery. Cancelation must be done by calling (402) 610-3068. Failure to cancel before your scheduled event will result in your credit card being charged.

Saturday "White Night" Event
Glacial Till Vineyard & Winery will dedicate Saturday Nights to "White Night" for the Summer of 2011. We will plan to have various light and fresh season produce paired with GTV's white wines. The summer season will dictate what local produce that will be featured for each week. A great way to spend a Saturday evening! A sampling of Seyval Blanc, La Crosse, and Edelweiss will be featured for the pairing. Reservations will be required, Same as the FAC.

Third Annual Harvest Festival – August 6th, 2011
Mark your calendar and plan to attend the 3rd Annual Harvest Festival. The date has been set for Saturday, August 6th, 2011. Last year this event was sold out and we expect for it to be this year too. We highly reccomend you get your reservation in early. Details will follow on the website but plan for an afternoon and evening of wine, music, food and other activities to "kick" off the 2011 Harvest.

- GTV will contact you to confirm you will be attending the festival and require payment for your ticket to the festival in advance by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, and Discovery).
- Cost per person will be $20.

Special Events
GTV can work with you to set up your own private and special event. These events will be tailored to what you want to do and what we can accommodate at the vineyard. Whether it be a company BBQ, a family reunion, or a social group, all can be handled on our lower patio with covered tents. Also check out availability at our tasting room in Ashland.
