This years Chambourcin was picked the first week in October from Glacial Till Vineyard, Kimmel Orchards, and Cedar Ridge Vineyards. The wine is left with a nice jam, cherry, and earthy character. The wine is aged in French oak and bottled unfiltered to keep color and flavor in the wine.
A dry white blend. Fruity with aromas of green apple, lime, and white nectarine.
