Asado is Spanish for "grilled meats." We will be planning a red wine food pairing to include our popular Chambourcin, Frontenac Rose and St. Vincent wines. Come relax after work and smell the barbeque, with grape vine smoke, and a pairing of these 3 wines and various meats grilled on the parilla (yup, thats spanish for grill). We will also make sure there is plenty of homemade chimichurri. A great way to gather with friend, enjoy the vineyard and wind down the week. |
